How do I load a protein structure?
You can tap the "Folder" icon to open a local .pdb file from your device, or tap the "Cloud" icon to download a structure directly from the PDB database using its 4-character ID (e.g., "1CRN").
What file formats are supported?
Currently, MolTouch supports the standard PDB (.pdb) file format.
How do I change the visualization style?
Tap the "Layers" icon in the top bar to switch between Ball & Stick, Backbone Trace, and Ribbon modes. You can also change the coloring scheme using the "Palette" icon.
