Ads are rare by design: an occasional AdMob App Open ad may appear when you return from the background, after you have used the app a few times. The canvas has no banner. Apple’s tracking prompt comes before personalized ads.

Cartoon, ball-and-stick, sticks, space-filling, or wireframe. Color by secondary structure, element, chain, B-factor, or occupancy.
Open PDB, mmCIF, or a .moltouch project from Files. Or type a PDB ID and download from RCSB over HTTPS when you choose to.
Tap the cartoon to work with a residue’s CA. Measure distance, angle, or dihedral. Hide, focus, or label what you picked.
iPhone uses a compact dock. iPad uses a single top bar and collapsible side panels so the molecule stays on a full-width canvas.
No banner over the molecule. If an ad shows, it is a single App Open interstitial when you come back later—not while you are measuring.
