This Privacy Policy describes how Japality Limited ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our mobile application UpSet Plot (the "App").
Personal Data: We do not ask for or store any personal data such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. The App functions entirely offline for data processing.
Local Data: Your project data (sets, elements, and configurations) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
Usage Data & Advertising: The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use identifiers (such as the Advertising ID) to provide personalized ads. On iOS, you will be prompted to allow tracking (ATT) for this purpose. If you decline, ads will still be shown but may be less relevant.

Since we do not manage a backend server for user accounts, your generated data exists only on your device until you delete the App or clear its data.
