Japality Limited ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Japality Splice mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.
Japality Splice operates entirely on-device. We have designed this application from the ground up to respect user privacy and data security. The App performs advanced on-device AI-powered splice junction analysis for genomic sequences using local ONNX models.
For the core functionality of the App (genomic analysis), we do not collect, transmit, store, or process any genomic sequence data or analysis results. All sequence data you input entirely remains securely on your device.
While our core AI analysis is completely offline, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App to support development. AdMob may automatically collect and use certain device information, such as your IP address, mobile advertising IDs, and general usage data, to provide relevant advertising.

Since the App does not collect any data, our Service does not capture information from anyone under the age of 13. However, the application is intended for general audiences and scientific researchers.
